Return Policy:

Refund policy - If item is Broken or Damaged we advise to request a refund with USPS. If that does not work, we will work with customers to REPLACE ITEMS before giving a REFUND.

USPS SHIPPING- Lost packages must be disputed with Carrier.

Order Policy: Orders are shipped on Monday & Tuesday. If the customer places an order on Sunday that does NOT mean it will be shipped out that following Monday or Tuesday. Label being created does NOT mean your order is shipped. Once orders are scanned in with USPS, delivery days start. If a product is delivered broken, opened, lost during shipping, customer is responsible to request a refund through USPS. We as the provider we’ll assist the customer as best as possible.
